Exchanges or returns
To begin the return or exchange process, please contact us first to learn more about your situation and indicate whether a return or exchange is applicable. Returns or exchanges that have not been approved by the brand will not be accepted. Items that have been purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return.
Return or exchange processes must be completed within 7 days of receiving your order, otherwise the return or exchange will not be possible.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For lost packages
So Maja is not responsible for lost packages that have been delivered at the final destination.
Wrong item or size
